GuideStone to provide employee benefits for newly formed Global Methodist Church
DALLAS (BP) – The newly launched Global Methodist Church (GM Church) has selected GuideStone Financial Resources to provide its employee retirement and health programs. The Global Methodist Church is a new denomination composed primarily of former United Methodist Church congregations desiring to establish a more biblically conservative Methodist network.

During 2023, GuideStone retirement contributions grew by more than 6% year-over-year between 2022 and 2023. Protection benefits, provided to eligible Church Retirement Plan members by GuideStone and state conventions, totaled more than $4 million as of November 20. Almost 97,000 members have been served in GuideStone’s health plans this past year.
