Black denominational workers to gather June 9 in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS (BP)--The Black Southern Baptist Denominational Servant's Network Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet will be June 9 at the Hilton St. Louis Airport.

The Sunday program is scheduled from 2:30-5:30 p.m.

Highlights will include the annual presentation of the Dr. Emmanuel L. McCall Denominational Servant Award.

The group also will vote on establishing the Founders' Awards in honor of the founding members of the network and hear Roy J. Cotton's presidential address. Cotton is Dallas/Fort Worth regional consultant for the Baptist General Convention of Texas' church starting center.
